Fine Artist Pipe Perez will premiere his original artwork that fuses live models underwater, photography, technology, and light to create a new and unique genre of art. Pipe Perez will be appearing in person at The Pop Culture Vault, 622 Duval Street, Thursday October 24th, Friday October 25th , and Saturday October 26th.
